These Terms and Conditions set out the terms governing the Digital Marketing Starter Pack. The promoter of this package offer is Key Element Ltd. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them before submitting your details for the package offer.

1. Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
“Package Offer” | Means a WordPress website, company branding, monthly SEO and SEO report, as set out in Clause 5; |

2. Package Offer Rules

- You can submit your details for the Package Offer by:

- Email us at equiries@keyelement.co.uk, providing the following details: Your name, company name and contact details.
4. The Package Offer
- The Package Offer will be as follows:
- WordPress website – Our team will design a 5-page, UX-focused WordPress website, prioritising an intuitive user journey. We’ll enhance usability, accessibility, and satisfaction by aligning design with user needs. Using user research and testing, we ensure a seamless, engaging experience. A custom WordPress theme will be setup with performance in mind, using modern tools like Elementor for easy maintenance and content creation.
- Company branding – Our team will create a contemporary and compelling identity for the brand or modernise any existing company’s logo. This process includes developing a cohesive visual language, messaging, and strategies that resonate with the target audience. Modern branding ensures that your brand stays relevant, connects authentically with its audience, and reflects the evolving nature of market preferences.
- 4 hours per month of SEO – Our team will collaborate with you to define a new SEO strategy. Each month, we will review and optimise your website’s content to align with this strategy, ensuring it ranks effectively for the key search terms that target your audience. (A minimum 6-month contract is required.)
- Monthly SEO reports – Each month, our team will provide a report detailing top-ranking keywords, areas for keyword improvement, and performance and traffic metrics.
- Extra Services
- E-Commerce Platform £1,000 – Our eCommerce website designers will build a platform for you that showcases up to 20 products, tailored to align seamlessly with your business model and brand ethos. Please note, that the cost is in addition to the digital marketing starter package.
- WordPress Maintenance £120 month – Includes website hosting on our high-performance infrastructure and WordPress maintenance to keep your website site and plugins up to date. (A minimum 12-month contract is required.)
- Social Media Marketing 4 hours £280 – Our team will create social posts optimised for the relevant platform. 4 hours roughly equates to one post a week. (A minimum 3-month contract is required.)
- Additional SEO £280 4 hours – For those seeking additional SEO hours beyond what’s included in the monthly SEO above, we offer further in-depth research, keyword analysis, and target audience evaluation.
- The package offer is non-exchangeable and non-transferable to other services. We reserve the right to substitute the package offer with alternative services of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond Our control make it necessary for Us to do so.
- We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if it becomes necessary for us to do so.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes your legal rights as a consumer. For more information on your rights as a consumer, please contact your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes Our liability (or that of Our agents or distributors, or that of their employees) for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

7. Law and Jurisdiction

- Any dispute, controversy, proceedings, or claim between Us and you relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Package Offer, or to the relationship between Us and you (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, or Scotland, as determined by your residency.
