Limitless had a diverse set of complex requirements that each needed a tailored approach to satisfy. Chief among them, usability, reliability and security.
Multiple customer touchpoints and data collections throughout an event needed to be aligned to provide a holistic view for stakeholders and event managers. To further complicate this process, customers also needed to complete compliance and safety processes before getting behind the wheel for themselves.
With legal and safety requirements being key drivers, a reliable and secure system was required to capture and store customer information. The system also needed to be scalable to support events from a few hundred to thousands of customers, which would require working closely with a web development agency.
As information gathering and customer checking could happen at different locations across each event, the solution also needed to support centralised data storage so that at each customer interaction the data records were up to date.

With events having bespoke requirements, we set out to build a flexible, modular system that could be easily tailored to each event.
A cloud based management portal was created to create and manage events, this allows data capture forms to be setup and branded to the client’s requirements as well as serving as the central reporting platform for event stakeholders. Customer interactions are via web apps that event staff run on tablets, these allow portability and ease of use and additionally enable customer signatures for indemnity agreements.
With customer data for each event being centralised, further additions to the platform were made to enable real-time timing screens and queue displays.
