A.I.M is a UK-based drone detection and defence specialist. It supplies technological solutions aimed at preventing unwanted intrusions and potential security threats from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
The company was launched as a new venture by the people behind cybersecurity firm Cyber Defence Solutions, also a client of ours. The main challenge was to build a website for the new brand to support its international business objectives.
In addition, A.I.M wanted product brochures and marketing materials for the equipment it supplies to be redesigned in line with company branding, in order to achieve a consistent identity across all marketing channels.
We carried out an in-depth consultation with A.I.M’s internal team to get to the bottom of the company’s short, medium and long-term business goals, what role they saw digital playing in achieving them, and what success would look like to the company. This allowed us to build a clear digital strategy in partnership with A.I.M, and the strong lines of communication we established with them served us well throughout the project.

We built a brand new responsive website tailored to their business objectives. For consistency and ease of use from a management perspective, we based the design and CMS on the existing Cyber Defence Solutions sister site.
Once completed, we undertook a redesign of existing PDF product brochures for the equipment A.I.M. supplies, bringing it into line with the branding of the new website. We also drew up technical product illustrations for use on the website and other marketing materials.
